Wow, with the recent plan uogrades, Lunarpages has placed itself well ahead of all other web hosts in my opinion - they seem to have been listening to feedback from customers, and this is a good thing!
They now give you loads more bandwidth (to be honest, more than you'll probably ever need), extra mysql databases, more subdomains and add-on domains and FTP accounts.
Their reliability is excellent and performance good.
Lunar Pages rocks!

Lunarpages are definitely one of the better hosts out there - they seem to have a very large number of customers, so you can be pretty confident they are not going under, leaving your web sites high and dry in the process.
I have 4 sites with them so far, and no problems to speak of, although I do think that I will be moving when they are due for renewal as they are not the cheapest around and offer a fairly meagre feature set.
Overall, one of the better ones, if not the cheapest.

Hi, I think Lunar Pages is great. I have honestly never ever noticed my site being down. I honestly cant say if that is because it's never been down when I check, but I give them top marks for reliability!
I have no complaints with speed and customer service - they always respond to my questions in 5 minutes or less - ace!
I don't think the features are that great - as has been mentioned elsewhere, I think it's a bit much to have to pay extra monthly for another mysql database.
Also, unless you pay yearly, their prices are now looking a little high, so VFM is reduced.
However, I think they are a quality outfit and should be on anybody's shortlist who is looking for a top notch host who knows what they are doing.

I have been with Lunarpages for a year now, but am looking to move to a VPS for more flexibility. I have marked down the features score since I think that other hosts now offer more for comparable prices, and some of Lunarpages "extras" seem too highly priced for my liking.
Seem reliable though, and customer support is fine, although expect lots of "canned" email responses, since I think their support dept is overworked and probably under a lot of pressure.

Their packages are not all that exceptional - what makes them stand out from their competitors is the speed and quality of their customer support.
After finally tiring of banging my head against a wall at my last host, I decided to give LunarPages a try based on good reviews I had read and a personal recommendation from a friend.
I am certainly glad I did. My account was set up in under 24 hours, and my site runs really well now.
I think the shuttle plan is great value for money.

I moved to LunarPages from antother host that was really messing me about with slow support,downtime and general unprofessionalism. So far LP has been great - my Emails are replied to in a matter of minites, my site loads really fast and I haven't noticed any downtime at all so far. Good job, LunarPages - keep it up!

I've been with Lunar Pages for almost a year now, and have no complaints whatsoever. My site never seems to be down, and loads pretty fast - they seem to have bandwidth to spare. They have great support forums where a lot of their support staff hang out, although you'll get a faster response if you Email support directly.
I think their shuttle plan offers good value, although only giving 1 MySQL database seems a bit stingy, and $2.50 a month for a dedicated IP is also a bit OTT. Watch out lunarpages - the competitors are offering more for less!
The Voyager plan isn't very good value - it is far too expensive for what is basically a shuttle plan with extra storage and bandwidth.
Note: The shuttle plan does not include any sort of support for shopping cart apps, so if you want to install these, you are on your own. I would recommend a different host that offers support for these if you want to run an e-commerce store and are not confident to go it alone.
