Review: Their support can sometimes take forever to reach and they don't seem very clued up half the time.
I had a few little downtime issues recently, but nothing major. I think they were upgrading a server or something. Don't know if they knew about it beforehand, but it would have been nice to have been told.
Overall, not bad, but not great either. I will most likely look for another host when my contract runs out later this year. |

Review: Their website is a bit dull and uninviting, but their plans are pretty straghtforward. I think that theres no need to ask people to pay for a year in advance to get the discount rate and free setup, but a lot of other web hosts are pulling the same trick, so who knows? Couple of times when I've tried to call customer service I've been put on hold for a few minutes. No biggie, but some peopl might have expectations of support answering within 10 seconds.
Pweformance, relaibility all seem solid enough. |
